Refund & Return Policy

Every item from Honest Bloom Studio is lovingly handmade and carefully packaged. Because of the delicate nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund guidelines before placing your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS & BRIDAL PRESERVATIONS 

• All custom artwork, including bridal bouquet preservations, is made to order and created specifically for you.
• These items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized and perishable nature.
• Once flowers are received at the studio, no refunds or cancellations can be made.

CUSTOM ORDERS & PERISHABLE ITEMS

Due to their made-to-order nature, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Custom designs and personalized pieces
• Live plants and floral arrangements
• Edible goods

These items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@honestbloomstudio.com or honestbloomstudio@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. 

Include:

• A photo of the damage
• A brief description of the issue
• 
  

We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

STANDARD RETURNS

Non-custom, non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Securely packaged to prevent damage

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny a refund if returned items show signs of wear, damage, or are unsellable.

PRESSED FLOWER & HANDMADE GOODS DISCLAIMER

Natural materials such as pressed flowers, botanicals, and hand-painted finishes may show slight variations in color, shape, or texture. These are not considered defects—they are part of the artistic process and the uniqueness of each piece.

FLOATING FRAME GLASS DISCLAIMER

Please note that all floating frame pieces are created with great care, but due to the nature of the materials, certain aspects are beyond my control.

• Glass quality (non-bridal frames): To provide a consistent product, I order frames in bulk from trusted suppliers. While many arrive in perfect condition, some glass may contain minor imperfections such as small marks, tiny dots, or faint scratches that cannot be cleaned away. I do not discount or discard frames for these minor defects unless the glass has a significant flaw that compromises the overall presentation.
• Bridal frames: Bridal floating frames and glass are sourced locally, which allows me to personally ensure the quality of the glass. Bridal frames do not carry the same risk of glass imperfections as bulk-ordered frames. However, as with all floating frames, natural materials and color correction may still result in delicate flower pieces loosening or fine dust particles that I do my best to remove.
• Glass handling: Each frame contains two pieces of glass. I clean the glass multiple times throughout the process, always wearing gloves to avoid fingerprints, and carefully covering the project when not in use. Despite this, the glass may need to be placed in and out of the frame several times before finishing, which can occasionally leave subtle traces.
• Natural materials: Because floating frames hold real flowers, delicate pieces may break or loosen during assembly. I often color-correct to preserve the beauty of the blooms, which can leave behind fine dust particles that I do my best to remove.
• Perfection & uniqueness: I am a perfectionist and take every step possible to ensure quality. However, these natural and material-based variations are part of the character of floating frames.

If you prefer a product with fewer visible variations, I recommend choosing one of my non-floating frame options, where these issues are far less pronounced.
