BRIDAL PRESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:
Each piece of custom artwork is made to order, especially for you. Ordering a preservation piece means we will create a one-of-a-kind item that reflects your bouquet’s unique beauty and story. Because of this work's deeply personal and handcrafted nature, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Although there are no refunds or returns on custom products, if your item damaged in transiarrives damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assess and offer a solution.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your preservation booking, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation 1 month or less before your event: You forfeit the right to a deposit refund.
- Cancellation between 31 and 90 days before your event: You are eligible to receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
- Cancellation more than 91 days before your event: You are eligible to receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
All shipping and handling fees are separate and remain the responsibility of the contracted client.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
- No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
WEATHER & ORGANIZER CANCELLATIONS:
- Weather-related cancellations: In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, workshops may be postponed or canceled. If this occurs, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.
- Organizer cancellations: If I must cancel a workshop for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another date.
- Rescheduling: Whenever possible, I will work to reschedule the workshop so you can still enjoy the experience.
