Wedding Flower Preservation Pricing & Styles:

At Honest Bloom Studio, we love surprising our brides with a little extra beauty. Our Fall 2026 brides will receive our special heirloom offer when they reserve their preservation ahead of their wedding date.

Brides with weddings in September through November 2026 who secure their reservation in advance will enjoy a complimentary heirloom gift created from their own blooms: your choice of a 5×7 frame (optional colors and styles) or three ornaments (glass or 3×3 gold hanging).

This offer is exclusively for advance reservations. Preservations delivered after the wedding date without a prior reservation aren’t eligible for the gift.

THE ESSENTIALS BUNDLE: $605 (Save $50)

A thoughtful bundle featuring an 11×14" standard frame*, two 5×7" standard frames, and one glass ornament. The Essentials Bundle offers a beautiful way to preserve a small bouquet, combining a main display piece with smaller keepsakes perfect for gifting or sharing.

THE MODERN BUNDLE: $840 (Save $150) 

A curated, gallery‑style collection that includes a 16x20" standard frame*, an 8×12" shadowbox, and one glass ornament. This bundle creates a cohesive, art‑forward display that highlights both your bouquet’s structure and its delicate details.

THE SIGNATURE BUNDLE: $1010 (Save $150) 

A full, heirloom‑level suite featuring a 16×20" standard frame, a 12×16" companion floating or standard frame, and two glass ornaments. The Signature Bundle preserves your bouquet story in a complete, timeless set that becomes part of your family’s legacy.

Brides spending over $800 can pay in three installments; please inquire how to do so. These are base prices* that may be altered with customization; they are standard frames that can be floating. 

Our shadowbox frames are handcrafted locally and made to order by skilled woodworkers, giving them an heirloom‑quality feel and a sustainable, artisan touch. Each frame is custom‑built with up to a 2.25" depth to perfectly fit the size and shape of your flowers — whether pressed, dimensional, or a mix of both.

Shadowboxes can be sealed, though their archival protection is similar to a floating frame. They’re a beautiful choice for brides who love depth, texture, and a more sculptural presentation of their blooms. Custom sizes and finishes are available, and I’m happy to provide a personalized quote based on your vision.

 Thoughtfully made to preserve your blooms and your story. 

Our Economy Frames are high-quality, premade frames from our suppliers, available with either tempered glass or standard acrylic. They offer limited customization and come in a curated selection of wood finishes such as teak, oak, maple, and walnut, and ornamental vintage styles in gold or silver. Styled by the designer’s choice to ensure the most beautiful result within the frame’s limitations.

Available sizes: 10x10, 11×14*, 14x14, 12x16, and 16×20*. 

Frame Styles: Standard, Gold Ornate, Oval, Floating, & Shadowbox (sizes & options may vary). 

Oval = 11x14" & 16x20" (finishes vary & will add $50-$100)

Floating = 11x14" and 16x20" (finishes vary in availability)

Shadowbox = 11x14" (black, white, darkwood, distressed)

Upgrades: Color correction

These items are available with any frame selection, from Economy to Elite. Add‑ons can include elegant glass ornaments and 5x7 and 8×10 gift frames. 

A color‑correction upgrade is also available for any frame that is not part of the Elite category, ensuring your blooms look their best even in more budget‑friendly options.

Each add‑on is designed to complement your preserved blooms and create meaningful keepsakes that beautifully extend your preservation experience.

Pressed flowers naturally change during drying and preservation, and may shift in tone or color. 

Common color changes include, but are not limited to: 

• White → ivory, beige, or brown 

• Red → burgundy or brown 

• Pink → pale peach or tan 

• Purple → gray, blue, or brown 

• Blue → greenish gray 

• Green foliage → olive or brown

Each flower presses uniquely based on its variety, age, and moisture level, so no two preserved pieces will look exactly alike. These natural changes do not constitute defects. 

Pressed flowers continue to shift over time and when exposed to bright sunlight, humidity, or heat. Displaying your piece out of direct sunlight and in humid rooms will help preserve its vibrancy. Colors may also appear differently on screens or devices.
